Meet Us at Our October 2026 Shows: Hong Kong & Guangzhou Trade Fair Calendar

October 2026 is our busiest month of the year — and the easiest time for you to meet us face to face.

As a one-stop tourist souvenir supplier, we spend most of the year shipping landmark figurines, fridge magnets, keychains, snow globes, shot glasses and coin purses to museums, gift shops, airports, cruise lines and wholesale distributors around the world. In October, we pack a selection of that range into four booths across Hong Kong and Guangzhou so buyers can touch the products, check the finishes and open a new season with a supplier they have already met.

Our October 2026 Show Schedule

Two cities, two Hong Kong editions and two Guangzhou fairs. If Hong Kong is on your route, you can catch us at both the opening and the closing week of the month.

1. Hong Kong — Oct 20–23, 2026 · Booth 1B-E32

We open the month at the Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair in Wan Chai, part of the October MEGA SHOW series. This is the first of our two Hong Kong dates and the best one to visit if you are sourcing for Christmas replenishment or an early-2027 launch.

On the table: landmark figurines, 3D city skyline pieces, souvenir fridge magnets, metal keychains, snow globes and licensed-style character ranges — plus our full material sample kit, so you can compare resin, ceramic, MDF, alloy, glass and acrylic side by side in one stop.

Promotional buyers and premium-gift sourcing teams tend to spend the most time here. If you need custom-printed gift items for a corporate or travel-retail programme, bring your artwork and target quantity.

2. Guangzhou — Oct 21–27, 2026 · Booth 3B16 & 3B18

Mid-month we are at the Jinhan Fair for Home & Gifts at PWTC Expo in Pazhou — a fully export-oriented home and gift fair, which means every exhibitor in the hall is set up to ship overseas.

Two booths, two product groups. Use booth 3B16 for tourist souvenirs and figurines, and 3B18 for home and gift items, so you can walk between them in minutes instead of working the whole hall.

This is our longest show of the month at seven days, so if your schedule collides with another fair, Jinhan is the easiest one to catch.

3. Guangzhou — Oct 23–27, 2026 · Booth 9.2M05, Hall 9, Area M

Our third stop is the Autumn Canton Fair (Phase 2) at the Canton Fair Complex in Pazhou. Phase 2 covers household goods, gifts and home decoration — exactly where a tourist souvenir range belongs.

Meeting us at Canton Fair makes sense if you are already coming for the wider Chinese export market: one trip, one city, and a full souvenir category to review while you are here. Ask for booth 9.2M05 in Hall 9, Area M at the information desk if you have trouble finding it.

Because Canton Fair coincides with Jinhan, both Guangzhou booths are staffed at the same time — you can visit either one, or both, without fitting into a narrow window.

4. Hong Kong — Oct 27–29, 2026 · Booth 3G-C20

We close October back in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair (MEGA SHOW, Part 2), booth 3G-C20. Part 2 adds toys, houseware and kitchen categories, so this edition suits buyers sourcing a mixed container rather than a single product line.

If you visit both Hong Kong editions, you get a useful comparison: what changed in buyer demand between the two weeks of the same month.

Most buyers start with one landmark or one city and expand into a full country series once the first run sells. At the booth we can show you how a single range is built across several materials — for example the same landmark as a resin figurine, a magnet, a keychain and a glass piece — which is how our long-term partners keep a consistent shelf presence without paying for new tooling every season.

Come With This Checklist

To make the meeting worth your travel time, bring:

• Your target markets and retail price points — we will tell you which material actually works at that price

• Artwork, logo or reference photos — even a phone photo of a competitor product is enough to start

• Estimated quantity per SKU and per year

• Packaging requirements — gift box, blister, hang tag, barcode, retail-ready or bulk

• Compliance needs — destination-market testing, labeling or safety documentation

We handle OEM and ODM work, private label, custom packaging and series development. If you are not ready to commit to a full range, come anyway: meeting the factory behind the product is usually what shortens the next six months.

Which October 2026 shows will you attend? Do you accept small trial orders? Yes. Trial orders are the normal way to start a souvenir programme. Talk to us at the booth about your quantity and we will advise honestly on what is workable for your chosen material.

Can you develop a product from our own design? Yes — ODM and private-label development are core to what we do. Bring artwork, a sketch or a reference photo and we can scope tooling and sampling at the show.

Which materials are best for tourist souvenirs? It depends on the price point and market: resin for detailed figurines and snow globes, metal alloy for keychains and magnets, ceramic and glass for drinkware, MDF for lightweight flat pieces, and PVC, melamine, acrylic or tinplate for specific applications.

Will you have samples of every material at the booth? We bring a material sample kit covering our full range so buyers can compare weight, finish and cost against their target price.
